These aren’t just regular misunderstandings or harmless bickering, these rivalries are cut-throat, vengeful and occasionally change the course of the entire show. Some of them revolve around a newfound hatred between characters, others blossom from failed romances, while most are long-lasting displays of power struggles stemming from a one-time betrayal that just never got resolved.

An acclaimed comedic character actress, Coolidge had been gracing film and television screens for nearly 30 years before being given the career-changing role of Tanya McQuoid in Mike White’s HBO miniseries. Not only did White personally handpick her, but he actually wrote the part with Coolidge in mind.
The Chi, the Showtime series from writer and director Lena Waithe, has returned for a sixth season. The captivating coming-of-age drama chronicles the lives of characters living on the South Side of Chicago that premiered on Jan. 7, 2018. After five seasons of drama, the sixth season of The Chi will consist of 16 episodes, much to the excitement of fans. However, it will be split into two parts, with each consisting of eight episodes.
The Chi concluded the first half of season 6 in September, and since the new year began, anticipation for part 2 is at an all-time high.
